5 – ML only has Low Volume Production !
Wrong – ML has a setup in Medical Plastic Production which can handle from a few hundred pieces / year to millions / year.
We can establish full scale production in our Mould Base System, which reduces the tool investment significantly.
With most customers we have a setup where we add a fee to the piece part price and then provide an indefinite tool guarantee as long as the tool is in production at ML. In this way there are no surprises / no tool costs during production at ML.
